Qualification: Diploma/ITI with 1+ years of experience for Installer/Technician, 10th/12th Pass for Helper
Field Supervisor: Diploma, manage a team of 8-10 installers
Gender & Age: Male, 18+ years
Medical Insurance: Rs. 1 Lakh for employee, spouse, and two children, Rs. 3 Lakhs accidental policy
ESIC: Applicable
Special Condition: Two-wheeler mandatory
Provident Fund: Up to Rs. 3,600/-
Accommodation, Food & Local Conveyance: Self-funded; conveyance allowance Rs. 3.9 per km (subject to approval)
