Job Description:

1. Increase Prospect Database ( Telemarketing )

Calling prospective customers from South Zones and set up appropriate next actions to sales rep

Generate new leads by using various sources like web portals, yellow pages, local news magazines, industrial directory, just dial etc.

2. Office administration

Arrange to send the Catalogs to new leads.

Manage Bank related work (Depositing cheques etc ).Even collecting the cheques from local customers.

Maintenance of office and showroom.

Arrange dispatches, spare parts & maintain documents for the same.

Co-ordination for service requirement with HQ.

Payment of Bills ie. Rent, electricity, water, maid’s salary, transportation, telephone, courier.

Attend all incoming telephone enquiries.

3.Sales co-ordination

Handling enquiries in absence of respective sales rep.

Preparing offers and Mailing

Presentation on Machines in the absence of sales rep.

Active participation in promotional activities i.e. Inhouse show, Exhibitions etc

Desired Profile:

The ideal candidates will meet the following profile:

HSC/Diploma in any stream.

At least 1 years experience in office / sales co-ordination.

Good communication skills ( written and oral )

Knowledge of Microsoft office programs

Knowledge of Local languages like ( Malayalam, Tamil ) would be advantageous
